From time to time, Allinea Software  may run competitions. For such events, unless superseded by new, specific terms and conditions, the following general terms and conditions apply.

 

Who can enter?

• Only one entry per person.
• A minor under the age of eighteen must be assisted by his/her legal guardian.
• Anybody may take part except employees of Allinea Software and their family members.

How to enter

• Complete the online survey or form as detailed in the promotion.
• All contact details must be accurately completed.
• Incorrect information will automatically disqualify the entrant.
• Allinea Software cannot take any responsibility for lost submissions or any damage, losses or injuries related to the draw or prize.

Data collection

• By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional material. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe links on email communication or by writing to: Rosie Evans, Allinea Software, Innovation Centre, Gallows Hill, Warwick. CV34 6UW.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties.
• Allinea Software conforms to the Data Protection Act.

Prize

• The prize will be detailed at each competition.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Duration

• The duration of each competition will be detailed in the promotion.

Notification of result

• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be contacted by an Allinea Software representative to arrange dispatch of the prize.
• Winners must be prepared to be photographed and such photograph could possibly be used in future marketing material.
• Winners must be prepared for the result to be shared in future marketing material.

No Liability

• In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, Allinea Software may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
• Allinea Software will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

• during the draw;
• whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw
• in the participation in any prize;
• as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by Allinea Software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion or any other potential issues;
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

• Allinea Software assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

• If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Allinea Software which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Allinea Software reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
